Help science
We are helping researchers at The University of Derby, in understanding what parents feel able to do in nature with their children.
If you are parent of a child under 18, please fill in this survey. It only takes 8-10 minutes.
The study was approved for its ethical standards by The University of Derby Human Sciences Research Ethics Committee and The University of Derby will act as the Data Controller for this study.
Why is this useful?
Nature connection plays an important role in a person’s health and wellbeing.
Measuring parental self-efficacy, related to nature connection can show evidence of the need of intervention that may help parents improve their connection to nature with their families.
Why is the Biophilia Project supporting this study?
At Biophilia Project we believe that there is need to grow green spaces and green souls and that nature connection is the key to build a safe and better path toward the future.
Research is what propels humanity forward
The main purposes of research are to gather evidence for theories, and contribute to developing knowledge in a field of study.
It's a way to understand issues and increase public awareness.
The contribution of research can help in shaping the future of society, addressing specific topics to policymakers, intellectuals, economic agents and citizens who will decide how to use its results.
In a nutshell
